Welcome

We acknowledge that receiving a diagnosis can be a scary and overwhelming time. When we don't understand what is happening to us, it can leave us feeling vulnerable and the idea of navigating these symptoms can be a daunting task.

Among this uncertainty there is hope. Our dedication lies in offering you and your loved ones with a deeper understanding of your diagnosis and to equip you with tools that can help ease symptoms. We strive to empower you to reclaim control over your health.

Our website includes articles on psychological conditions and wellbeing topics. The website also dedicates a space for stories from clients and their family members to create a sense of support and community.

Meet the Founder

My Psychology Space was founded by Grace James.

Grace has completed a BSc in Psychology; MSc in Neuropsychology; and further postgraduate courses in neuroimaging and cognitive behavioural therapy. Grace has aspirations to complete her clinical doctorate training.

Grace has worked with a variety of presentations over the last seven years. This includes acquired brain injury, psychosis, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity.

While working in the industry, Grace realised that often patients do not understand their diagnosis or ways in which they can help themselves. As a result, Grace has adopted a strong passion and commitment to educate patients and their loved ones to help them feel empowered to make their lives a little easier.
